I am a Master of Social Work intern through Grand Canyon University. I have experience working with children and supporting families with diverse and complex needs. Therapeutic modalities I resonate with include dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), mindfulness practices, and strength-based approaches. Outside of work, I enjoy lifting weights, photography, cooking, and spending time with my husband and two cats. After graduation, my goal is to become a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and provide mental health services to children and families.
