Clinical Social Worker Canidate

I am a dedicated mental health professional with a Master’s degree in Social Work and over three years of experience working with ANLT. Specializing in evidence-based therapeutic techniques, I am skilled in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and integrate play-led therapy, art-led therapy, and traditional talk therapy to support clients’ emotional and mental well-being. With a deep understanding of the mind-body connection, I approach therapy from a holistic perspective, tailoring treatment plans to meet individual needs. Beyond clinical work, I am passionate about helping others build confidence and resilience, which extends to my role as a cheerleading coach. I serve as both a high school cheer coach and an All-Star team coach, teaching leadership, teamwork, and perseverance. My approach to coaching mirrors my therapeutic practices, fostering growth, self-discipline, and positive mental health in young athletes. With a commitment to creating a safe, supportive environment for growth, I encourage self-reflection, empowerment, and the development of healthy coping skills. I believe in the transformative power of therapy and cheerleading to help individuals overcome challenges and reach their fullest potential. Whether in the therapy room or on the sidelines, I am dedicated to helping others thrive.
