Licensed Social Worker

I am a Licensed Social Worker (LSW). Throughout the course of my career I have worked in community, agency, and residential treatment settings as well as in the public school system. These diverse experiences have shaped my understanding of individuals and systemic challenges, and have further deepened my commitment to supporting individuals from all walks of life. I integrate several evidence-based modalities into my work, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI), tailoring each session to meet the unique needs and goals of my clients. When I am not at work I love spending time outdoors with my family. We love traveling, camping, biking, kayaking and basically all things outdoors!
