Employee Assistance Program for Employers
What is A Employee Assistance Program (EAP)?
An Employee Assistance Program (EAP) provides confidential, short-term counseling and supportive services to help employees navigate personal and professional challenges that may impact their job performance, mental health, or overall well-being.

An EAP is often a vital part of a company’s benefits package, demonstrating a commitment to employee care while supporting common areas such as:
-
Stress
-
Greif and Loss
-
Family or relationship changes
-
Anxiety, and Depression
-
Work related stress or conflict
-
Work place burnout

At A New Leaf Therapy, we believe Employee Assistance Programs should be more than a low-cost benefit that looks good on paper but is rarely used by employees.
Many national EAP models focus on volume rather than meaningful care, which can sometimes lead to long wait times, limited provider continuity, or difficulty building a trusted therapeutic relationship.

We are redefining what an EAP can be.

Our EAP is designed with our community and local organizations in mind—simple, confidential, and focused on improving real employee well-being. Instead of prioritizing scale, we focus on accessibility, compassionate clinical relationships, and measurable support for employees and workplaces.

Our goal is to make mental health care something employees can actually use, trust, and benefit from when they need it most.

How Does Our Employee Assistance Program Work?
When choosing A New Leaf Therapy, we offer a simple, high-quality counseling program that is designed to fit naturally into your organization’s employee benefits and wellness initiatives.

When an Employee Needs Support:

Employees may call us directly or notify their HR department. Our team responds within 24 hours to help schedule an appointment.
We offer both in-person and secure telehealth sessions to make accessing care convenient and flexible. Clients are able to continue care after the assistance program has ended utilizing their own health insurance.

When a Company Needs Support

Organizations may also choose to have a therapist available on-site for half-day or full-day visits, scheduled on set days of the week as frequently as needed. Your Organization Chooses the EAP Benefits That Work Best.

Every company is unique. We work with you to customize your EAP services so you can select the level of support, session structure, and program features that best align with your workforce’s needs.
