Nichole Pritchett Hilliard

Graduate Student Intern

I am a graduate level intern, working towards my MS in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Walden University. I have over 20+ years of experience in higher education, working with a diverse population of people to obtain their personal and academic goals. I am a mom and proud wife of a 20-year Army veteran. My counseling approach is based on CBT, DBT, mindfulness, and somatic practice. I believe that creating a healthy therapeutic alliance involves working from a client-centered approach and creating a safe counseling space, allowing clients to be proactive and excited about their mental health journey. In my free time I enjoy dancing, reading, yoga, and spending time with my family and friends.
