I am a graduate student intern, working on my Clinical Mental Health degree at Adams State University. I use a variety of therapies to support clients’ needs including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Play Therapy. In my spare time, I love hiking, gardening, traveling, reading, going to concerts, learning anything new, and unique adventures.
