I have a Master’s Degree in Clinical Social Work from the University of New England. I have over 15 year's experience working with children, teens, and adults in both group and individual settings. I have also developed my skill set to include an array of strategies to aid in relationships and couples well-being. I enjoy working part time to allow more time to focus on domestics and spending time with my family. I enjoy being outside, gardening, hiking, biking, treasure hunting, and adventuring as much as possible, as well as crafting and collecting oddities and house plants.

I am a strengths-based, client-centered and solution-focused therapist that aims to empower and build self-worth and confidence with an individualistic approach. My preferred methods of treatment include Motivational Interviewing, Ego-State Therapy, Exposure and Response Prevention, cognitive and behavioral restructuring, positive patterning, self-reflection and accountability, Art and Play Therapy, and Narrative Therapy among other techniques.
