I am an LCSW with 13 years of experience. I received my Masters in Social Work from the University of South Florida in Tampa, FLA and I worked in a domestic violence shelter for my internship and clinical supervision. I also worked in a community mental health clinic in Hot Springs, AR for 5 years. My main therapeutic techniques include empowerment, solution-focused brief therapy, Mindfulness, Yoga-based and Nature-based modalities. I enjoy being outdoors and find solace and encouragement in nature and feeling connected to the world around me. I am a reader, and I use many books and workbooks in my practice to help people feel more personally involved in their treatment.
