How I Work:

I believe that clients should receive counseling in the language of their hearts, which is why I offer services in both English and Spanish. I approach counseling with cultural awareness and sensitivity, incorporating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma therapy utilizing BST and Existential therapy into my practice. I strongly believe in a collaborative approach, tailoring care to meet the unique needs of each individual client.
