I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate. My approach is grounded in Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, strength based, client focused, Heartmath, and Brain Synchronization Therapy. I am learning more about play therapy and sand tray therapy. When possible, I will incorporate creative interventions into the therapeutic session, such as art, yoga, and walking. I welcome all ages and people.
