Whether I’m working with individuals, couples, or families, I take a relational, attachment-based approach that honors each person’s unique story. My work is grounded in trauma-informed care and draws from emotionally focused therapy, Bowenian theory, and cognitive-behavioral techniques to support meaningful and lasting change.
