I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Candidate (LCSW-C) with a Master of Social Work degree who believes everyone deserves a space where they feel heard, understood, and supported. I take a collaborative approach to therapy and strive to meet each client where they are in their journey. I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Brain Synchronization Therapy (BST), person-centered therapy, and strengths-based techniques to help clients develop healthy coping skills and create meaningful change. I enjoy working with children, adolescents, and adults facing a variety of life's challenges. My goal is to help clients feel empowered while building on the strengths they already possess. Outside of the office, I enjoy spending time with my fiancé, family, and friends, traveling, and staying active.
