My counselling orientation is grounded in transpersonal and humanistic approaches. My work emphasizes the therapeutic relationship, meditation practice, and Gestalt principles, and I integrate mindfulness practices and yoga-based interventions into my counselling work. Outside of my academic and clinical training, I enjoy training for races, reading, and creative, hands-on activities such as puzzles, cross-stitch, and crochet. I am a devoted dog lover and currently share my life with three pugs.
