I am a Clinical Social Worker Candidate and I received my Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology in 2009. I have worked in the social work realm in various positions and capacities providing supportive, therapeutic, trauma-informed, and evidence-based practices such as resiliency, solution-focused, creativity through art and expression, and strength-based. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with family, going kayaking in the summer, crocheting, scenic photography, reading, exploring new things, mountain drives, and being outdoors.

I am a Pueblo Native and I have always had a passion for helping people and walking alongside them through their journey. As I hear my client’s life stories, I take an integrative and eclectic approach that is holistic of mind, body, and spirit and help my clients to heal, grow, and learn. Trauma can happen in the context of relationships and therefore can be healed in the context of relationships. I look forward to meeting you and working alongside you through your journey.
