Brainne “Bre” Grady

Graduate Student Intern

I am a counselor in training earning my masters in Mental Health Counseling with an emphasis in marriage and family therapy from Colorado Christian University. I use a variety of techniques in my practice to individualize treatment to the client, ensuring that I provide a holistic approach to the presenting problem. I resonate with cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), strength based therapy, narrative therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. I have been a dispatcher for 4 years and have worked extensively with all types of first responders. I was born and raised in Pueblo, where I still live with my growing family. In my free time I enjoy traveling long distances, kayaking, painting, reading and spending time on any body of water in reflective prayer.

Insurances I Accept:

Aetna, CHP+, Cigna, Medicaid, and Private Pay

How I Work:

I believe that the client is the expert in their life and that together we can take a collaborative approach to progress toward identified goals. Understanding your narrative, how you see life and what has happened in the past, we can work together to progress toward goals that you want to achieve. I strive for a welcoming environment built on collaboration. For clients seeking to integrate spirituality into their therapeutic goals, I am also open to walking along side you in that journey. Providing unconditional support and understanding is very important to me, and I hope to help as many people as I can.
