Hi, I am a licensed social worker that graduated with a Masters degree in social work in 2025 from Colorado State University-Pueblo. I am also a US Navy veteran. I use a combination of elements from CBT, DBT, mindfulness techniques and psychoeducation to assist clients getting to where they wish to be. In my free time, I love being in the outdoors. For fun I golf, fly fish, hike and bird watch.
