I am a graduate student intern currently pursuing a Master of Social Work degree at Colorado State University-Pueblo. After graduation, my goal is to pursue the Licensed Clinical Social Worker credential. My passion is mental health, and therapeutic modalities I resonate with are CBT, DBT, strength-based therapy, and person-centered approach. In my free time, I enjoy reading, being outside, spending time with friends, and listening to music.

I have always been so passionate about helping others and naturally enjoy hearing the experiences that shape someone's life. I strive to create an inclusive and welcoming space for clients to feel safe and comfortable in therapy sessions. Utilizing the person-centered approach, my goal is for therapy to be a collaborative process. Where we mutually work toward individualized goals that are outlined together.
