I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate with nine years of experience in community-based mental health care. For the past three years, I have provided individual therapy under supervision. Employing a genuine, non-judgmental, and compassionate approach, I offer individual therapy to adolescents and adults. My therapeutic methods include CBT, DBT, BST, Radical Acceptance, MI, Narrative, and Ego State therapies. Outside of work, I enjoy singing karaoke, especially Ozzy or Guns N' Roses, attending concerts and sporting events with friends, and watching women's college softball.
