Therapy to me, is to take the action of detaching from your worry. To breathe and not feel pressure in your chest. As an Undergraduate intern, I can help address or assist in problems where action is immediate, (See* "Issues I Treat.") Example of what a session could include with me may be navigating resources like housing, financial support, or simple seeking available resource and just need direction. The other side to my services could look something like providing supportive skill-based intervention to help address psycho-social barriers. Not therapy but something that can be broken down into concrete action. I hope to be able to serve to be a positive cause on your journey.

How I Work:
Therapeutic practice should be engaging and progress should be measurable. Expect a space where you have the opportunity to grow, whether you crawl, walk, or run, as long as you move forward you are going in the right direction. I can help with:
- Supportive skill-based intervention
- Addressing actionable psycho-social barriers
- Navigating complicated systems (Resource finding)
- Assistance in filling out applications (SNAP, resume, insurance, etc.)
