I am a licensed professional counselor candidate (LPCC). My main therapeutic approach is person-centered and strengths-based. I utilize multiple techniques such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), mindfulness, expressive/client-centered play therapy, sand tray therapy and others that best fit the needs and goals of the individual. I love spending time with my pets, taking my dogs for walks, listening to music, going to concerts, traveling, and being out in nature.
