I am currently earning my master's degree and am a graduate student studying at Colorado Christian University. I practice from a person-centered foundation with elements of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I feel that every person has value. I also feel that utilizing expressive arts can be a useful adjunct that can be incorporated in the therapy room.
My hobbies include dancing, which I found as an adult, reading, and spending time with my family. I enjoy doing ballet and yoga and feel that body movement is important.
