I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate with a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Adams State University. My approach to therapy is grounded in person-centered, cognitive behavioral, and mindfulness-based practices, while always recognizing that each person’s experiences and needs are unique. Outside of the therapy room, I am a passionate reader, an avid hiker, and someone who enjoys cooking and spending time with my handsome tuxedo cat, Walter.
