My approach to therapy is grounded in person-centered, cognitive behavioral, and mindfulness-based practices, while always recognizing that each person’s experiences and needs are unique. Outside of the therapy room, I am a passionate reader, an avid hiker, and someone who enjoys cooking and spending time with my handsome tuxedo cat, Walter.
