I am an intern working towards a Master's in counseling and recently completed practicum in the counseling center at Colorado State University-Pueblo. Therapeutic modalities that I enjoy are person-centered, cognitive behavioral therapy, narrative therapy, and mindfulness practices. I enjoy learning about people and hearing their stories. I am a ferocious reader and love to hike, cook, and spend time with my handsome tuxedo cat, Walter.
