I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate (LPCC) and a recent graduate of the Clinical Mental Health Counseling master's program at UCCS. After completing my internship here at A New Leaf Therapy, I am very happy to continue my journey with a team and culture that I greatly admire. In my practice, I primarily utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Person-Centered Therapy, while also integrating parts work and play therapy approaches to meet each client's unique needs. Outside of the office, I love listening to audiobooks, crafting, exploring new restaurants, and spending quality time with my friends, family, and pup!
