I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor who has been working in the field of mental health since 2011. I have a genuine love for the natural world and believe in its therapeutic potential. I strive to integrate nature into the therapeutic process as often as possible. My primary focus is helping people recover from traumatic events through the use of EMDR. I work with children, adolescents, and adults. When I am not working I enjoy camping, paddleboarding, hiking, fishing, traveling, gardening, cooking, and practicing yoga.
