Hi! I am a graduate intern pursuing my Master’s of Social Work degree at Colorado State University of Pueblo. I recently earned my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, with minors in Business Administration and Creative Wellness. My therapeutic approach is integrative and includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, person-centered therapy, mindfulness-based practices, and somatic techniques such as body scans and breathwork. I work collaboratively with clients using a psychoeducational and goal-focused style to support meaningful growth and change. I enjoy spending time outdoors, exercising, playing tennis and pickleball, creating art, and connecting with friends and family.

How I Work:
My philosophy of therapy is rooted in the belief that healing involves the mind, body, and emotions working together. I believe in a collaborative process where clients are the experts of their own experiences. My role is to provide a safe, supportive space while offering evidence-based tools and gentle guidance to help clients better understand themselves and create meaningful change. Clients can expect sessions to be collaborative, supportive, and goal-focused. I prioritize a safe, trusting, and respectful therapeutic relationships. I aim to explore individual's thoughts, emotions, behaviors and patterns while developing practice tools to use outside of the session.
