I am a Licensed Professional Counselor-Candidate and received my Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Adams State University. The therapeutic modalities I resonate with are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Narrative Therapy. I am also trained in Brain Synchronization Therapy (BST). I utilize a strength-based, person-centered approach with an existential lens. In my free time, I enjoy gardening, hiking, cooking, playing board games/video games, meditating, reading, and spending time with my four dachshunds.
