I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a history of working with people with disabilities, victims of violence, and in the child welfare system. I am proud to have earned my BSW through Colorado State University and my MSW through Colorado State University-Pueblo. I use multiple evidence-based practices that include, but aren’t limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Brain Synchronization Therapy. I love working with couples, using the Gottman Method to help couples better their relationships. In my down time I love playing Cornhole, crafting, adventures, and spending time with my family.
