Licensed Social Worker

I am a licensed mental health therapist working with children, adolescents, and adults. My therapeutic approach is collaborative, strengths-based, and trauma-informed, with primary use of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based interventions, and play therapy when developmentally appropriate. I strive to meet clients where they are and empower them through skill-building, emotional regulation, and values-driven change. Outside of therapy, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, engaging in creative activities, and practicing self-care to maintain balance.

Insurances I Accept:

Aetna, BCBS, CHP+, Cigna, Kaiser, Medicaid, and United

How I Work:

I view each client as the expert of their own experience and aim to create a safe, supportive environment that fosters growth, resilience, and long-term well-being.
