I completed my Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism from Colorado State University and obtained my secondary teaching license Colorado State University-Pueblo. I previously worked as a high school teacher and this job helped me realize my passion for helping others. I use BST, DBT, Attachment Therapy, and CBT in my therapy sessions. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my partner and my pets.
