I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate (LPCC). I received my master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Adams State University in 2024. I have worked in community mental health for three years. My main therapeutic techniques include: CBT, DBT, client-centered, while also integrating mindfulness, art, and writing into practice. I am also trained in BST. Some things I enjoy doing is spending time with my family, cats, and my dog. I love listening to audiobooks and having a nice movie day!
