I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate. I have been a dedicated member of A New Leaf Therapy since January 2024, where I completed my practicum, internship, and accepted a permanent position. I bring a warm, client-centered and strength-based approach to therapy, working collaboratively with children, adolescents, adults, seniors, and individuals experiencing homelessness. I am certified in Behavioral Skills Training (BST) and have received additional training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Internal Family Systems (IFS). Outside the therapy room, I enjoy spending quality time with my husband and our dogs, exploring the outdoors, and getting lost in a good book.
